Limited Warranty
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on our product against faulty workmanship and/or material to the original purchaser (with proof of purchase). For any defective product, we will replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. This warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will exchange it or offer you a refund. The product must be returned to our company within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The product must be packed well to avoid any damage during transportation. Please indicate on the return packaging whether you would like to exchange the product or obtain a refund. If the product is damaged or doesn’t work correctly, please describe the defect on the back of your original receipt.
The shipping cost for a return is at your own expense. We do appreciate your acceptance of our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Method
Your item will be shipped from Japan by Express Mail Service (EMS) within two days after your order is received. Your item should arrive within 3-5 days. We ship all over the world.
